Returns

We take a lot of time and tremendous Italian effort to produce your Luca Vanucci styles.

Occasionally there may be a problem with your order. If this happens we have tried to ensure returning a garment is as smooth as Italian ice cream! 

Simply complete the returns form sent with your parcel or alternatively email us at customerservices@lucavanucci.co.uk and we will email you a form to complete. Please note that our returns are not free.

Send the item/s back to us, unworn and in the original condition, complete with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of dispatch Please ensure it is the same condition as when it was purchased.

Outside of this period, up to 28 days we will add a credit to your account.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office or Courier as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returns we will need a copy of this to process any refund.

We will refund you as quickly as we can, but please allow 7-10 working days from the return of your parcel for the refund to be processed. This may vary slightly during busier periods. Please note card issuers have varying times to credit your account and these times too may fluctuate during busier times. 

Exchanges

Please note we are unable to exchange garments that have been returned but to make things simple kindly just reorder the garment you originally selected.

 Faulty items

Luca Vanucci takes pride in ensuring that our garments leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but occasionally things do sometimes go wrong. If you have a problem please email us on 

customerservices@lucavanucci.co.uk

and we will advise you on how to return your faulty goods. Please be aware that faulty goods must be returned for a refund within 28 days of the date of purchase (2015 Consumer Rights Act).
